So, in the recent Justice League #1, Diana decides that Batman only wants Captain Marvel on the team because she thinks Batman wants easy to control team members. Fine. She then league-blocks* Nightwing for the same reason.
Spoilers Ho!

* league-block, verb , noun, adjective, to prevent someone from joining the Justice League, as in "Bruce, I’m league-blocking Nightwing, but I’m okay with the former junkie, the guy who slaughtered the Green Lantern Corps, the android who’s only real power appears to be blowing up, and a member of Lex Luthor’s presidential cabinet, but have real problems with your former sidekick, who has more leadership ability than anyone in this room and who helped save the Earth (again) last year." also, a description of having been prevented from joining the Justice League, as in "Holy Amazon Princesses, Batman, I’ve been league-blocked by the woman who killed Max Lord!"
Other victims of league-blocking this issue:
- Captain Marvel (by Wonder Woman)
- Supergirl (by Batman and Superman)
- Flash (by Superman)
- Mr. Terrific (by Superman)
- Hawkman (by Batman)
