The roses on the cover (if they are roses) might indicate that Rose Wilson dies, but I'm not aware of any relationship that she would have had with Donna (and Jericho would have been on the cover). She was killed in the Graduation Day mini-series by an out-of-control Superman robot, and while she was temporarily reincarnated by Brother Blood in the current Teen Titans series, her soul returned to the afterlife at the end of that arc.
